Welcome to Keystone Blooms. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (keystoneblooms.co.uk) and the purchase of our architectural floral arrangements and services. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Delivery Policy

At Keystone Blooms, we pride ourselves on the freshness and structural integrity of our floral designs. We deliver within London (SE1 2PF and surrounding areas). Please note:

• Orders for daily fresh flower deliveries must be placed before 11:00 AM for same-day service.
• If the recipient is not available, our couriers will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe place or with a neighbor unless otherwise specified.
• Due to the seasonal nature of botanicals, we reserve the right to substitute specific blooms with others of equal or greater value to ensure the design's architectural quality.

2. Bespoke Installations & Events

For bespoke architectural floral installations and event services:

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your date.
• Final balance is due 14 days prior to the installation date.
• Changes to designs must be requested at least 21 days in advance of the event.

3. Workshops & Terrariums

Workshop bookings are final. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend. If we must cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rebooking option will be provided.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, imagery, and the Keystone Blooms brand identity, is the property of Keystone Blooms. Unauthorized use of our architectural design concepts or photography is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Keystone Blooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or inability to access the website.
